This website is operated by Nico Logistic S.L. (“Nico Logistic”, “we”, “us”), based in Valencia, Spain. By requesting a quote or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.
Nico Logistic provides express road freight transport exclusively to businesses (B2B) — including commercial goods, dedicated transport, and urgent/express shipments across the European Union. We do not offer consumer parcel or private individual courier services, and quote requests should be submitted on behalf of a business or commercial shipment.
Quotes submitted through this website or by WhatsApp/email are estimates based on the shipment information you provide (weight, dimensions, route, and service type). Final pricing is confirmed once full shipment details, pickup/delivery windows, and any special handling requirements are reviewed. Quotes are valid for a limited period, which will be stated at the time of quotation.
A transport booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the quote, pickup date, and shipment details. Cancellations made after a vehicle has been dispatched or allocated to your shipment may be subject to a cancellation charge, communicated to you at the time of confirmation.
Cargo must be accurately described, properly packaged, and not exceed the declared weight or dimensions. We do not transport dangerous goods (ADR-regulated), illegal goods, or items prohibited under applicable EU or national customs regulations unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.
International road transport carried out under this agreement is subject to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), which governs carrier liability limits for loss or damage to cargo during transport, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional cargo insurance can be arranged on request.
Transport services are subject to vehicle availability, capacity, and applicable regulations across the European Union. We reserve the right to decline a shipment that falls outside our fleet capacity (up to 2,500 kg) or operational scope.
Nico Logistic is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, border closures, strikes, or regulatory changes.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a transport service will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory international transport law (including the CMR Convention) provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
